My Story

Finance Expertise Meets Modern Technology

I am pursuing an Honours Degree in Fiscal Management at the University of Zimbabwe, building a rigorous academic foundation in public finance, taxation, and financial systems. Alongside my studies, I developed strong technical skills through consistent independent practice, driven by a clear interest in where Fintech and technology are taking the world.

The intersection of finance and technology is the most important space in modern business, and I chose to build within it rather than observe from a distance. That conviction shaped every project I have taken on, from financial management systems and ERP platforms to AI tools and a live property marketplace.

Today I operate as a freelance developer under T-Tech Solutions, delivering purposeful digital systems for businesses, organisations, and individuals across Zimbabwe. Every engagement is an opportunity to apply both my financial knowledge and technical capability to solve problems that genuinely matter.

The name T-Tech Solutions reflects that purpose. T for Terrence, Tech for Technology, and Solutions for the outcome every client deserves: a system that works, solves a real problem, and adds lasting value.

This dissertation designs and evaluates a computerised financial management system that helps reduce revenue leakage at the City of Harare. It demonstrates how technology-driven financial systems can help local authorities improve financial performance and reduce revenue losses.
